If you're not pleased with your Hoek piece, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. We are only able to accept returns with the original packaging.

This number can be found in your confirmation email. This number should be listed towards the top of the form that you receive from us.

- Product must be returned in the original packaging.
- Original shipping and delivery fees are nonrefundable.
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Only Products purchased through Hoek directly are automatically eligible for return, products purchased through other channels are subject to review before approval.
- Returns must be approved by a member of our team before the process can begin.
Return Shipping Instructions:
Hoek returns must be shipped back to us using the return shipping label sent to you by Hoek. This ensures you are using a carrier and shipping method approved by Hoek for safe handling of our products. Each piece must be returned in its original box, with all original protective internal packaging intact, and the item must be in original condition.
Changing/Canceling Order DetailsIf you notice that there is an issue with your order please email us as soon as possible to rectify the issue. We try to accommodate any changes however we cannot guarantee this as an option. As everything at HOEK is made to order, once an order is placed, it is generally not possible to cancel or change it in any way. If you realize you need to request a change, please contact our us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate your request but unfortunately, it is not guaranteed.
