If you're not pleased with your Hoek piece, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. We are only able to accept returns with the original packaging.
Where is my order number?
This number can be found in your confirmation email. This number should be listed towards the top of the form that you receive from us.

- Product must be returned in the original packaging
- Original shipping and delivery fees are nonrefundable.
- Only Products purchased through Hoek directly are automatically eligible for return, products purchased through other channels are subject to review before approval.
- Returns from outside the contiguous United States must be approved by a member of our team before the process can begin.
Changing Order Details
If you notice that there is an issue with your order please email us as soon as possible to rectify the issue. We try to accommodate any changes however we cannot guarantee this as an option.
